Welcome to LeXbra. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeXbra website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using LeXbra, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • "LeXbra", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the LeXbra platform and its operators.

  • "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Service.

  • "Creator" refers to a User who uploads, publishes, or monetizes content.

  • "Subscriber" refers to a User who subscribes to or purchases content.

  • "Content" includes photos, videos, audio, text, live streams, messages, and any other material uploaded or shared on the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

LeXbra is strictly intended for users aged 18 years or older.

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher)

  • You are legally permitted to access adult-oriented content

LeXbra reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Be fully responsible for all activity under your account

LeXbra is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

4. Creator Accounts & Verification

Creators may be required to:

  • Complete identity verification (including government-issued ID)

  • Provide accurate payment and tax-related information

Creators represent and warrant that:

  • They own or have all necessary rights to their Content

  • All individuals appearing in Content are at least 18 years old and have provided valid consent

5. Content Rules & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to upload, post, or distribute Content that:

  • Involves minors or appears to involve minors

  • Is illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual

  • Violates intellectual property rights

  • Contains hate speech, threats, or extreme violence

  • Promotes illegal activities

LeXbra reserves the right to remove Content and suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Fees

6.1 Subscriptions

  • Subscribers may purchase recurring subscriptions or one-time content

  • All prices are displayed before purchase

6.2 Payments

  • Payments are processed via third-party payment processors

  • LeXbra does not store full payment card details

6.3 Creator Earnings

  • Creators earn revenue subject to platform fees and applicable taxes

  • Payouts are processed according to LeXbra’s payout schedule

6.4 Refunds

  • All purchases are final unless required by applicable law

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 User Content

Creators retain ownership of their Content.

By uploading Content, you grant LeXbra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, distribute, display, and promote such Content for the operation of the Service.

7.2 Platform IP

All platform software, branding, design, and trademarks belong to LeXbra and may not be used without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Termination & Suspension

LeXbra may suspend or terminate your account:

  • For violation of these Terms

  • For suspected fraud or illegal activity

  • To comply with legal obligations

You may delete your account at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

LeXbra makes no warranties regarding:

  • Continuous availability

  • Accuracy or reliability of Content

  • Earnings or financial outcomes

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeXbra shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or data

  • Personal injury or emotional distress

  • Unauthorized access to user data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to LeXbra in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeXbra from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your Content

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the Service

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts determined by LeXbra, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

LeXbra may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
